Looking to put some art up in my new office, was wondering if there were some local stores/galleries that had a pretty good selection? I'd REALLY like to find a store that has triptych art. Trying to to get one large piece, or a triptych that's pretty decent size. Something in the 36-48" x 60-72" range. Not looking to break the bank, but have seen some online for the 2-$400 mark.

Any help would be great!

Thanks

Triptych is where its a few canvas boards put together to make an image?

Yup, pretty much!

Here's an example:

Whitewalls.com has a huge selection of that kind of art.

Also, not sure if you're into the skate culture, but some companies have boards that put together make a series of an image. It's like triptych but instead of canvas it's a skateboard deck. I've got a set of 5 decks above my fireplace mantle that together makes an abstract landscape of SF. made a frame around them and it looks great.

Evan Hecox is a Colorado native artist whose done some incredible work.

THAT sounds pretty badass! You should post pictures if you get a chance. I'll check out whitewalls.com, but I was hoping to find something local so I could see what I want in person. I might just have to end up going that route though.

I've already decided on ONE canvas that I've been wanting for a long time (Travis Parr is the artist that does the work for Icelantic Boards here in denver): http://www.parrstudios.net/for-sale1.html

I'd like to have either a Denver cityscape or some type of car/racecar/automotive canvas for the other.
