Reebok.com was selling fake merchandise too, according to Nike's lawsuit.

Yeah, our right to steal from a legit, corporate logo company that even uses the legit companies' name to sell their fakes! The humanity!

You know what would kick ass, if the NFL would let more then one company make jerseys so people would have choices.

They do have choices. #'s 00-99 and up to twelve characters on the nameplate, on a minimum of 3 choices for each of the 32 teams. I'm no math whiz, but it seems to me the fans have plenty of choices. Can some stats pro do the math on how many permutations there are?

If I remember correctly, it used to be this way. When Denver re-designed their uniforms, they switched from Russell to Nike. There were teams for a few years after still sporting Russell, and I think Reebok. Now I could be wrong but think you could of ordered the new logo gear from all 3 manufacturers. I think it was a few years till everyone had to go Nike, then Reebok won the bid to be the supplier a few years after that. Now we are back to Nike. One thing I don't get is if you want a throwback jersey say from 94 its not even Russell, its made by something Ness. Looks like the NFL kicked them to the curb.
