Josh Gordon the only selection.

We'll have to see if the LB from Carson-Newman is signed as an UDFA by us.

Mike Holmgren and company are feeling the heat and need to be competitive this year, so them reaching a round or two early for Josh Gordon isn't surprising.

If they go out and take a **** in the form of another 4-12 or 5-11 season then Mike Holmgren and all his cronies probably won't be around to use that 2nd round pick.

The fans and Cleveland are about one more bad year away from going ape ****.

I'm sure Mike Holmgren, Tom Heckert, and Pat Shurmur are desperate for all the help they can get this year and deemed it a risk worthy of taking.

Wow. Burning a 2nd rounder on a WR with 40 catches in 2010 and who was suspended for the entire 2011 season.

Thanks, even the players on that list are not very impressive. There have been a lot more UDFA that went on to have solid careers then these guys.

So what's the point of having a supplemental draft, why can't they be free agents?

Jamal Williams in 1998... also a 2nd rounder.

Because then you'd have guys NOT apply for the regular phase of the draft so they could sign wherever they pleased as free agents.

That QB the Raiders took from Ohio State last year... or was it the year before, he's been awesome. Hilarious!

Because they were not eligible for the draft in the first place

Based on the feedback I have no freaking idea what the use of this draft is and apparently once in a while a team gets someone good

It's a lot like the regular draft only there are just a few guys in it. Hope this helps.

It's for guys who lost college eligability after the deadline to declare for the regular draft. So unable to return to college and play they hold this draft.

Why the browns hired Holmgren as their GM is still beyond my comprehension. He proved to be a lousy GM in Seattle and it wasn't until the seahawks revoked his GM status that the team finally started to win.

Aside from taking Weeden, I pretty much don't like every other move Holmgren has made. The browns owner should be slapped upside his head. It's almost as bad as the seahawks hiring captain fabulous petey carrol as their HC.

the bone headed moves some franchises make is hard to understand but I guess everyone is looking for an angle to win.
