I voted Page ......he seems to be the only one with any offseason buzz.

But hopefully I'm wrong. This guy has a knack for being in the right place at the right time

I think Trevathan is going to be a really solid player.

WR Greg Orton.

Today I sat down with Greg Orton after his stellar practice and got a one on one exclusive interview that you will hear tonight on my show

http://www.maxdenver.com/news/2012/06/04/notes-from-an-ota-june-4/

Wide receiver Greg Orton made one of the nicest grabs of the morning, a leaping catch near the right sideline in traffic of a pass from Adam Weber.

http://www.maxdenver.com/news/2012/06/14/notes-from-an-ota-minicamp-edition-june-14/

Wide receiver Greg Orton has shown terrific body control during the practices, evidenced Thursday when he tip-toed in the back of the end zone to get both feet in and complete a touchdown grab from Caleb Hanie. Orton also has a graceful, long stride and uses it to cover a lot of ground in a hurry. His progress will be worth watching at training camp.

It's easy for a WR to shine during the offseason. They have practiced without pads so far. And Greg Orton already has some knowledge of McCoy's playbook, while the defense is still learning Del Rio's scheme. Advantage to the WRs once everyone starts playing at full speed. Also, catching passes from Peyton Manning will only help the WRs and increase their chances of impressing the fans and the media during training camp.

Greg Orton. The hype is coming.

Adam Weber. Goes on a rampage, starts splitting reps with PM in an open camp competition until EF remembers the $100 million contract. Then they trade AW to the Cheaps for a 2016 7th rounder and begin negotiations to lure Brodie Croyle out of retirement.

Put me down for Robinson. He has chemistry with Osweiller and is undrafted. Perfect set up for over-hype.

What? D Thomas already told me that there is no playbook and the WRs don't run actual routes. No knowledge required.

I voted for Ben Garland for one reason. We're waiting for a DT...ANY DT...to shine. This discussion could be tailor made for Garland to receive some of that hype...

The safe bet is WR - its usually a WR that wins the camp award most years
RB is another possibility

Trevathan will be in the mix because he's already gotten some first team reps - I think he will contribute on special teams though and that's good enough for a 1st year 6th round pick. To truly win the award you have to completely disappear during the regular season.

Id say Page, but I have a feeling, its a guy on defense who comes out and is picking off PM duck passes

I'll take Garland with Robinson taking a close second. I want to see this motor Garland posses, if he works his ass off like they say I'm in full support

I've seen just about every Chow Yun Fat, Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Sumo Hung, Ip Man movie. Better tomorrow II was one that I missed. LOL . It was last time Fat played a common person. He was in "God of Gamblers" and he's played head huncho ever since.

i think all these guys will contribute in some form

Page is probably going to wind up as our return man. seemingly why he was brought in
Garland is a hard worker who may wind up as practice squad player while he works onto the roster
Trevathan is going to contribute on ST and in the defense for at least half the season
Fannin is going to make it difficult for the team to keep him off the field.
Robinson is a signing that is a PS player but in a couple years will be a contributor for us.

On paper, I think we're getting some serious Mane goo goo eyes at Danny but never underestimate a few fancy training camp catches.

That was going to be my vote! I wonder what ever happened to his fan club after Ty Warren cut his salary?

It will easily be Trevathan, hype already kind of building since he was playing with starters on nickle d in mini camp

Before the Ty Warren signing I thought Jackson had some potential to stick to the 53 man. I believe now he is a practice squad guy.

That's why I said him. Everybody expects him to make the final roster, but I doubt he does. I feel that he goes to the practice squad and may bump Beal off of the roster entirely.

If the Broncos keep 4 DTs and 4 DEs, I think the DTs will be Bannan, Warren, Siliga and Vickerson. Wolfe will count as a base DE and move to DT on passing downs. Dumervil, Ayers and Hunter. Jackson, Beal and Blatnick fighting for spots on the practice squad. Other possibilities: Vickerson might lose DT spot to Wolfe and one of those DEs get a spot on the final roster. Hunter might lose his spot to one of the young DEs. I would not dismiss Blatnick entirely; he was productive in college, playing against good competition, and he seems to play with enough power to be a 4-3 DE.

Del Rio loves big DTs. I think Vickerson is here to stay. Now you never know but Warren could get cut. Hell he has not p;layed in 2 years. If the younger guys show up and suprise Warren could find himself on the waiver wires.
