when you're a fringe roster player, you don't need these kind of headlines. keep you head down, stay out of the news and get noticed in practice by the coaches.

I'm ok with drunk and disorderly in April. What I'm not ok with is DUI any time of the year.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradlee_Van_Pelt

Bradlee Van Pelt (born July 3, 1980 in Owosso, Michigan) is an American football quarterback and safety who currently plays for Leicester Falcons in the United Kingdom. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft, and was also a member of the Houston Texans. He played college football at Colorado State.

I hear Van Pelt is absolutely tearing it up in the UK. He's both the Peyton Manning and the Troy Polamalu of British gridiron.

Kinda like when Theo Fleury got out of prison and went to play hocket in some b-league and set ridiculous records there.

Uh oh, i'm the Weber believer and now he's out saucing it up. Not good, now I can't insert his name into any QB talk Uhh

I can understand it. The team not only drafted his replacement but they're making him compete with Caleb "worst starting QB in the league last year" Hanie. That has got to be depressing.

The one thing that makes me ok with the Osweiler pick is that it pushes Hanie down the depth chart. I'm sure there are some UDFAs we could bring in who would take his job though. FO needs to get on this.

But that's where the comparisons end; he can out-ball and out-drink Leinhart in his sleep... He did go to ASU after all.

Maybe you have already done this and I missed it but can you give you thoughts on Brock Osweller and why you think he will be the future of the Broncos. You are obviously a fan tell us about him.

In short, he's athletic, has a strong arm, and is a born leader. I think he can be developed under the tutelage of Manning and Elway.

Baja, obviously this guy is a Brock fan by his name, avatar and join date. If you want the long version of it, expect a clone of MacGruder but without the tin foil. Wait a minute; Aren't you MacGruder?
