What happened to LaMar Miller??!

Is this due to his injury?

Funny to think most the board (myself included) would have been okay with taking him at 36. Yet we flip out about other things perceived as reaches. It's why I try to not get too invested in any potential picks.

These kinds of falls usually have to do with character issues. Though injury issues could do it too.

He still needs a ton of work to be pro ready. He struggles pass protecting, fumbles, and hands need work.

Crazy how many people were riding his jock all day today on nearly every Broncos website I went to.

He should've stayed in school.

Maybe reports are true that he may have troubles learning a complex system and that is hurting his stock too.

And some wanted this dude with the 25th pick.

Hillman looks better, imo, and I'm a Miami fan. Miller could have used another year in school.

But we should have taken him a 36

I just love how Alfred Williams was calling for this guy for nearly a month up to the draft. Sound cuts all day every day on 104.3 talkin' about "DRAFT LAMAR MILLER. YOU'RE STUPID IF YOU PASS ON THIS GUY"

All day every day. Hilarious!

Not me... I was more in the WR Kendall Wright camp for my #1 pick for the Broncos.

Take him with a grain of salt..

To be fair, Moreno has never been that bad when he's actually been on the field and healthy. The problem has been that that almost never happens.

Hard to blame the Broncos passing on him then. Must be some other factor leading to his drop.

My memories of Moreno playing consist of him stumbling through the offensive line tripping on his own feet for a 2 yd gain when there was a massive hole. Then he checks himself out because he's winded. 10 times a game.

The only good memories of him are against the chiefs. He seems to play well against them for some reason.

That's nowhere close to being true. He sucks when he's on the field. Being injured is just an excuse that serves as a shield.

Has to be the medical. Some scouts were saying before the draft that he's off some boards due to two bad shoulders.

It's completely true. The guy doesn't actually have that bad a ypc average and that's without breaking off long runs and playing behind crap blocking. I didn't say he was great on the field, but his injury issues have really distorted perceptions of his actual on the field play. Not that it matters, his inability to get through games without pulling a hammy make his actual play moot.
