NFL Network's coverage is probably better, but watching the draft on ESPN is a tradition for me. I'll record NFL Network.

I like Mayock......and hate Kiper.

That being said....I find (and I hate to say this) ESPN's coverage a bit better.....even the little things like the on-screen graphics....just more eye-appealing.....IMO.

But I do flip back and forth.

While NFL networks analysis is much better I prefer ESPN's for the comedy of idiots they put in front of the screen... minus Tom Jackson. He gets a pass for being a Bronco and for not being the flavor of the day for the mothership.

honestly whoever does a better job not revealing picks before they are announced is the one i'll tune into. I don't want to just watch people jumping on their cell phones with ****ty grins all day.

I'm going to give ESPN a shot this year. Don't really like NFLN's panel outside of Mayock, and ESPN has trimmed their panel to Gruden, Kiper, and Berman for the first round. I will probably watch NFLN for the later rounds though for Mayock.

NFLN because Mayock is better. Although I usually switch back and forth to get analysis on the broncos picks from both. For those of us too cheap to pay for cable, nfl.com has streaming coverage for the whole draft this year: http://www.nfl.com/draft/2012/live, not sure if ESPN is doing this or not.

NFL Network if you want a more informed and more professional draft, ESPN if you want the same crap as you have watched that past 15 years. Berman's babble is so old it makes me projectile vomit.

Agreed, I had been watching NFLN last few years, last year I felt like they slipped alot. I actually dvr'd espn for tonight because I know I will be able to watch NFLN on replay over the next month.

Another vote for ESPN, though I switch between it and NFLN. First mention that Mayock hasn't been as accurate lately and I agree. He tends to be positive on everybody.

This from the Denver Post after the 2009 draft:

"Robert Ayers is the best defensive player coming out of this draft," Mayock said. "You can get creative with Ayers. He brings your scheme versatility on defense. . . . I think he's a special player."

Mayock had Ayers ranked as the third-best player in the draft behind Virginia tackle Eugene Monroe and Georgia tailback Knowshon Moreno, selected by the Broncos six picks ahead of Ayers.

http://www.denverpost.com/broncos/ci_12230256#ixzz1tBOyWroe

Mayock also thought Brian Robiske would be the most productive rookie receiver after the Browns took Robiske in the 2nd round of the 2009 draft.
Robiske never did anything with the Browns, was waived last year, and is now with Jacksonville.

I still like listening to Mayock but take his opinions with a grain of salt.

My favorite is Jon Gruden. "I don't know what the hell Denver is doing," Gruden on the Broncos 2009 draft. I like Gruden's QB Camp shows and comments during the draft on ESPN.

I have watched NFL Network the past couple of years. I found myself watching much more ESPN yesterday though. I like Mayock better than Kiper, but the other guys on ESPN were better than the other guys on NFL. ESPN also had a commercial free hour at the start of the draft. I don't know if NFL did something similar because I didn't change the channel in that hour.

In other words, I used to like NFL Network more. Now I'm liking ESPN a little more than NFLN.
