Hopefully the girl I have over watching the draft will be up for anal. :)

Make sure she greases it up before she puts it in.

What is three spots worth?

Potentially Kirk.

What is three spots worth? I don't like following the draft chart point value cause I think it's old and outdated but, according to that it would be at min a 4th rounder.

We could then use that 4th rounder to move up from #57. If they're not going to use that 4th to move up with, then I want no part of moving down.

Mike Klis: If Michael Brockers-Dontari Poe go off the board by No. 25, chances increase Broncos' next "best player available'' won't be DT. Non-DT possibilities: Georgia Tech WR Stephen Hill, Alabama CB Dre Kirkpatrick; Baylor WR Kendall Wright. But Broncos also like DTs Jerel Worthy and Kendall Reyes.

Three 4th round picks gives you some flexibility. I just want us to move from 57 to get David and a better DT.

I think since Shefter left, no sports journalist in this town has a connection at Dove Valley. Maybe Vic Lombardi.

Yeah. Klis has been writing quite a bit of water is wet draft related articles.

If Poe, Still, Brockers, and Worthy are off the board, and Dre Kirkpatrick is still there, Denver may draft another position. Stay tuned for this and other bold drafted related predictions.

Bottom line is after pick six or so, this is one of the most unpredictable drafts in recent memory. Guys like Belichick are going to have a field day raping teams among the 10-50 pick draft board confusion. Hopefully, it ain't EFX on the receiving end.

Yep. It would be better to pick #28 and ~#40...than #25 and #57.

Hill or Wright please. Reyes i like in a trade down to about 28-30.

If EFX draft Poe, I will be convinced they are the worst FO in football.

To get a 350 lb ultra athletic, scheme indifferent tackle who plays hard but was the focal point on a horrible defense/team?

Yeah, the worst.

To get a 350 lb tackle who played against lackluster competition and still couldn't dominate.

Yeah, the worst.

Kirkpatrick and maybe Jenkins will go before Gilmore. Gilmore won't go before pick 20.

Gilmore the 2nd CB taken. #10 to the Bills!

The Chiefs just did it at 11. I don't think EFX could ever claim that title no matter what they did.

The Denver Broncos moved out of the first round Thursday night as they twice traded down.

The Broncos know have six picks in the next three rounds. I think we will see Denver try to get a defensive tackle, running back and quarterback on Friday. I wouldnít be surprised if the Broncos make more trades in the second or third rounds.

I think Denver decided to move down after all the top defensive tackles were taken. It's difficult to argue with that tact.

Among the players Denver could target at No. 36, their top pick Friday are Michigan State defensive tackle Jerel Worthy, Connecticut defensive tackle Kendall Reyes, Georgia Tech receiver Stephen Hill, Cincinnati defensive tackle Derek Wolfe and Nebraska linebacker Lavonte David..

The Broncos probably were not thrilled to see running backs Doug Martin and David Wilson go in the final two picks of the first round. Among the running backs Denver could look in the second round at include Oregonís LaMichael James and Miamiís Lamar Miller.

Below is Denverís new draft order after its movement Thursday night:

Round Overall (Rd.#) How Acquired

Second 36 (4) From Tampa Bay

Second 57 (25) Own Pick

Third 87 (25) Own Pick

Fourth 101 (6) From Tampa Bay

Fourth 108 (13) From N.Y. Jets

Fourth 120 (25) Own Pick

Fifth 137 (2) From St. Louis

Sixth 188 (18) From N.Y. Jets

Trades:

Broncos get: 1st-round pick (No. 31)

4th-round pick (No. 126)

Patriots get: 1st-round pick (No. 25)

Broncos get: 2nd-round pick (No. 36)

4th-round pick (No. 101)

Bucs get: 1st-round pick (No. 31)

4th-round pick (No. 126)

Wait, we traded the fourth from New England to Tampa in order to move down?

Color me dubious for now.

Trading down to acquire more and more picks is always an excellent strategy!

Great job, FO! If I was still hardcore into the draft as I used to be, I'd be having an orgasm right now. Even as it stands, I'm very happy with trading down. Much props to the entire FO. :strong:

My god. A reasonable post! Grab your ass, SoCal; you'll need to defend from crybaby pussies who don't get that the value @ #25 is basically the same @ # 36.

If we keep playing our cards right, we could have every pick in the 7th round. Do it! :~ohyah!:

if you're at 25 and your board shows ten guys with the same value, moving down 11 spaces and getting a fourth is a no-brainer.

draft exists, orangemane apoplectic. color me surprised.

Denver only moved back 11 spots from #25 to #36. For that they got an extra 2nd rounder and an extra 4th rounder AND moved up higher in the 4th round from #126 to #101. Denver only moved down 11 spots total and still get the guy they want. Why wouldn't your trade down? There is plenty of value in Rounds 2-4.

Dolphins trade up in 4th round to draft Miami RB Lamar Miller, a talented back off some teams' boards due to concerns with his knee.
