I live in the state of Iowa. This guy start a whole season till his senior year. Yeah, no big deal, except he was the best safety in his recruiting class, and highly overrated. But based on those pro day numbers, he should definately fit in with the raiders (athletic busts)

If he's expected to be a UDFA, the Raiders will move up into the second round to get him.

Seriously, when you have as few picks as the Raiders do, you probably have to go after guys who are "high risk, high reward".

You know the Raiders have a new regime right?

In the short term, Al Davis and Hue Jackson is going to make it difficult for them to compete.

I have read a lot about Reggie McKenzie this offseason and he's well respected around the league. Look at the track record he put together as the scouting head in Green Bay. This is not the same ole Raiders we are accustomed to.

According to Oakland GM Reggie McKenzie, they're not going after high risk, high reward guys.

From yesterday's press conference:

With just five picks, do you shy away from high-risk, high-reward guys?

Reggie McKenzie: Yes. Yes.
