How do you know? I don't think you're down on the field and can hear every word that's said. I'm sure he talks when he needs to talk. He shouldn't have to pep talk guys at this level. This is not college. These are men who have a job and should not need pep talks. As for telling guys if they need to be in a certain position or something, I'm sure he does that to a degree. It's not like he's lines up in the middle near the LOS can alot of guys can hear him. He's usually out on an island.

it's been well documented that Champ is a lead by example type and not a rah rah type.

The rah rah guy did a lot of rah rahing from the sidelines, meanwhile the defense was hurting from McCarthy and Moore being in the field. Vocals matter only so much.
