Good game to get out of the way... we are good opening at home with the exception of last year with the Statue of Orton at the helm...

Hopefully, the Steelers bring that Cover Zero defense with them.

hopefully not because it'll take a couple weeks for our offense to be clicking on all cylinders. last year tom brady opened up and threw for 500+ yards :(.

this would be bad news for us !

Denver made the playoffs last season and have since added Peyton Mannning to the roster...

prepare to see plenty of Broncos primetime games on the schedule this season...

That would be Awesome... Home game against the Steelers, debuting the Orange Jerseys with Peyton Manning starting. I would think not many tickets would be sold to Steeler fans for that one.

That would just be horrible scheduling on the NFL's part.

To take a marquee QB match-up like that, and handicap one (Peyton being w/new team, while Tom is w/AFC champion cast), would be a shame.

Wait until Peyton has afew games as a Bronco under his belt, or you're not going to get what you want to see.

I wouldn't be so sure. 90% of Steelers fans buy their away game tix from brokers (who probably hold at least 15-20K tix to each game), not necessarily individual season ticket holders looking to make a quick buck.

Brokers don't care who they sell them to. They just want the most money. And out of town Steeler fans will always be willing to pay more for tix than local Bronco fans who can go to other games cheaper.

That's my prediction but the Steelers is a strong #2. I am betting we get a min of 4 primetime games between sunday, monday and thursday.

Basically everything ESPN gets their hands on ends up going to ****. MNF was the best with Al Michaels and Co. I figured we'd be getting a lot of primetime games even with Tebow...with Manning i'd bet almost half our games will be Primetime.

Not I.

That week before the season starts is the longest week of the year. Last thing I wanna do is wait another 7-8 hours until I get to see the Broncos play.

(But, I'd take that over that second-monday night game BS that starts at 10pm est)

Hope we get Cleveland on Monday night. Start soft before going through the grind. But I'm guessing it'll be Pittsburgh. And we'll be playing 6 night game this year, the maximum allowed.

Oh I hope it's the Steelers. My two sons and son in law are coming to a game in September before my son deploys and he is a huge Steelers fan. I want to be able to give him some more ****....the playoff game was just too much fun.
