As far as I'm concerned, we get a B+.

humongous manning signing, shipping a distraction out, signed tracy porter to a 1 year deal ensuring he'll be in top form during a contract year.

Just signed Joel Dreessen. Will be the '12 starter. Great blocker, 6 TD's last year. Woohoo!

Idiot cannonball signing the only thing stopping this from being an A

Losing Bunkley and signing Mays are questionable. I'd grade a solid B so far.

I voted "A" as this was a playoff team last year and adding Peyton Manning changed our Super Bowl odds from 75/1 to 8/1. Vegas knows their $h!t and we upgraded that much with the signing of 18.

I still wanna see more secondary help.

I voted B only because we still need help at DT because we lost Bunkley. And we resigned Mays?!?!

Very pleased with the Porter and Dreesen signings and obviously #18.

Really hope we can get Dallas Clark.

Even with Mays, landing the biggest free agent since probably Reggie White gives you a ton of credit. A from me.

Perspective people!!! They could have given Mays' wife $10M guaranteed and the offseason is still an A+. I was (and still am) a Tebow backer but landing PM on the cheap is historic. Porter is a pretty sweet cherry on top.

I went with a B because of the Bunkley/Mays situation. Without Manning it would be a D-

If Manning is even 80 percent of what he was pre-injury, I don't know how anyone could rate this less than an A. The team has also upgraded CB no.2, signed a TE who can double as a long-snapper that is better than any TE on the roster last year. My guess is they will also upgrade the center position by signing Saturday. Not a fan of signing Mays to a long-term contract, but if anything he's a serviceable thumper in short yardage situation. Hopefully Irving develops into a legit MLB. Now the team needs to focus on re-signing Marcus Thomas, hopefully Warren can rehab and play at a high level (but I'm not holding my breath.) and adding depth at DT. My hope is that they also go DT with 25.

A++++++. That's with the Manning signing alone. Add to that we've filled the cornerback and tight end holes with good quality signings, if they do nothing else I think this is the best free agency season in Broncos history.

I want McClain though.

Gotta give them an "A" on Manning alone.

Biggest free agent signing since Reggie White?

I'll go with an A+

Gave a B...would have given an A if not for the signing of Mays and so far no DT's signed. Now with the signing of Tamme...move to to a B+

I would've given an A. But signing Mays to that much money prevents a perfect FA so far.

We signed Peyton Manning.

Someone graded that a B?

Wow.

B because of Manning.

One player does not make FA and automatic A. This is a TEAM sport and Manning can't do it all alone.

Had we not landed Manning we'd be a C- or a D+ for sure.

We have gaping holes on D and a dog **** center.

Our DT situation is pathetic. We resigned Mays over getting a young stud in McClain. Let Royal go to a rival and replaced him with a player who isn't as good as our third WR.

DT and MLB are the big ones though. Utter failure there so far.

We signed Peyton Manning.

Someone graded that a B?

Wow.

Some of the other moves brings the grade down...like giving Mays $4 million...:spit:

I gave it an A, They are active, they signed the best QB of all time IMO.

A for Manning. B- for Porter, Adams and Dreesen. F for failing to get a DT, losing Bunkley. D+ for resiging Mays. I think thats like a C average.

B only because they overpaid mays, missed out on bunkley, and might let Marcus Thomas walk

Peyton Manning took a contract with essentially no guarantee to play for $18-20 mill a year until he's ready to hang them up. This is an A+++++++++++++++ move. Regardless of what else happens this remains an A+ offseason.

A since they got Manning. Porter seems like a decent signing but the rest is only so so. There just isn't much value out there at DT, maybe they should draft a couple, put them in the rotation, and let them learn on the field.

Tamme and dreesen are both solid pickups at TE

B +as of now. Definitely A+ if we get a good DT in the draft.

Problem is most people around here feel FA about as long as sex. You know 20 minutes into it they are done! And that is only if they do 15 minutes of foreplay.

Not to mention all the good players that teams will be forced to cut for various reasons before the season starts.

There's no way it's not an A. You pick up Manning...in itself is an A. You sign depth players in addition to Manning and it only solidifies that grade. You sign a stud DT, add depth, and Manning...then you get an A+.

I only gave a B because I want to see Payton play without any setbacks. If he makes it through week 6 looking good I will give the A.

When Manning came to Denver and I saw Mays visiting elsewhere I got excited.. I can't get past that, a MLB is crucial with weak DTs..

Wasn't Okoye and Franklin clamoured for last year by fans and these guys are back on the market. Most FAs are not difference makers. We secure one of two difference makers and really Manning has it by alot over Williams.
Some nice TEs additions, a quality WR, a starting CB, and Mays who can thump it on 1st and 2nd down. Thomas should be resigned

A+++

the draft is next

Just like with the draft. You can't give a grade until the following season. It's an "I" for .. say it .. IN-COM-PLETE!!
