Used to post on another forum, which went defunct. Found this one, and so far it looks good! It's good to read other's take on what's going on with the Broncos, and the Bronco Community Rocks!

Not a fan of PM, at all. Hope they don't sign him. 2-3 yrs of him just doesn't appeal to me, would much, much rather be dominant for a decade. No short term fixes. Just my opinion.

Here's (http://www.orangemane.com/BB/showpost.php?p=1218940&postcount=12) the first time he really busted it out. Up until then, he just mentioned it in passing, and no one really caught on.

Here (http://www.orangemane.com/BB/showthread.php?t=45148&highlight=blade) is another one that was funny - where he actually used it as the central theme in a thread. This was when I first noticed it. I love his childlike enthusiasm.

And I found this (http://www.orangemane.com/BB/showpost.php?p=2811630&postcount=20), from a few months before he died - defending his creation of the nickname.

RIP, you crazy old bastard!

Oh my God, thanks for posting this. I haven't laughed as hard as when he made the comment about Rocket Surgeons

http://www.orangemane.com/BB/showpost.php?p=1223772&postcount=11

He started fighting with Kaylore for no reason and with the definition of low orbit as an argument. Again out of nowhere:

LMAO so much history in this thread

That's why it's impossible to leave the Mane. The Mane has so many inside jokes that only other Maners can ever understand that you lose a part of you when you sever that connection. If I see someone smoking cigs and I drop to a knee with tears in my eyes, everyone would think I'm crazy. If I did it on the Mane, we'd all have a nostalgic moment and appreciate it.

You can remove a person from the Mane but you can't, ever, remove the Mane from a person...

:Broncos:

seriously, the answer to this is TRUE.

gay dudes are like kryptonite to women's defenses. if you have a gay friend who is willing to be your wingman, run with it, because that dude can pull you in a ton of ass. damn i miss college and some old buddies.

You are a great GM in reality because you build good teams in Madden 12. T or F.

:Broncos:

If only Elway could be convinced to part with a few F'ing 7th round picks, we could have an all star team like the league has never known.

Socal has been hinting at this scheme for years. Trade down with your first to get more picks. Trade down those picks for more picks. Trade down those picks for more picks. Eventually you have every pick in the 6th or 7th round. Take all the scrubs on your roster, add a 6th or 7th round pick, and trade for the starters on both pro bowl squads.

But noooooo, gotta keep our F'ing 7th round picks...

This thread reminds me. Which of the following are too weird:

Giving another guy a high five while doubling up a chick? (I've been told it's called an Eiffel Tower?)

Getting a hummer on a couch while your brother sits next to you getting one himself.

Doubling up a chick with your brother.

Completely out there questions but between two of my friends, these things are all on their lists of accomplishments or goals and I think it's F'ing weird...

I still use rocket surgeon in regular conversation. People will start laughing at me, and say, "Um, I think you mean rocket scientist!" To which I'll reply, "NO! I think YOU mean brain scientist!"

Eventually, I'll explain it's an inside joke. They'll ask, "An inside joke with whom?" And I'll say, "This crazy old drunk with a cat named 'Beezlebub! It's sad. He died from Peanut Butter."

Good times.

Did he really die from peanut butter? i remember there was a time when mentioning peanut butter to him would send him into a bit of a fury, and when he died i didn't really want to be the dick to ask if it was because of peanut butter. so now that time has passed, how did peanut butter kill that funny bastard?

There was a huge tainted peanut butter epidemic which made people violently sick. He happened to get a case and medicine they gave him in the hospital for nausea and puking caused him to have a reaction and cardiac arrest. Survived but was left with a lot of damage. He came back to post after that but he eventually passed away from complications.

If you're not familiar, take some time to look up his threads. The meth alley is probably his most famous but there were so many, you can spend quite some time reading up on the guy. It is solid entertainment even without context or being around as it developed.

I couldn't believe that people would do that - the peanut butter jokes and whatnot. But then again, Mock made a pretty messy bed for himself. I mostly let him lay in the bed he made, but a few times I had to intervene if for just my own sensibilities.

My buddy and his brother are the same way. Not sure how or why this conversation came up, but I am sure alcohol was involved. apparently my buddy is ok enough with me that if he and I were into the same chick, and she was into us, we would engage in a devil's three way. This scenario is highly unlikely, but made sense when I was blitzed, so I agreed to it. Few weeks later I was at his & his gf's house, got really drunk and the next AM woke up wearing nothing but one black footie sock. I went to pee and had the sex pee. So clearly something happened, even if i cannot articulate what happened.

His brother apparently has the same deal with the brother's best friend. Of all the odd things straight people do, this perplexes me the most.
