This time of slugging a woman in the face in a car fight! Awesome he is the offseason story that gives every single year!

How teams keep giving up picks for him is funny. All he does is get in trouble!

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/03/14/report-brandon-marshall-accused-of-slugging-a-woman/

Annnnnnnnd now we know why Brandon Marshall was available for two third-round picks.

The New York Post reports that Marshall is accused of “slugging” a woman outside a New York City nightclub on Sunday.

The woman claims that she was punched in the eye by Marshall as a group of her friends were arguing with Marshall and another football player, both of whom allegedly had been thrown out of the club for fighting.

A lawyer for Marshall told the Post that Marshall was not involved in the fight.

“While attempting to leave to avoid the melee [Marshall’s wife] was struck in the face by a thrown bottle. She suffered serious injury,” the lawyer said. “While attempting to leave and take his wife to the hospital, the mayhem continued outside. Mr. Marshall is hoping to assist authorities in regards to this matter.”

Most democrats preach a liberal socialistic life, but then do exact opposite when it comes to their own lives and kids. Very little difference in the lives of our politicians i am afraid.

It's what Obama wants our kids to have to do that worries me.

The main point is Marshall almost on cue does something incredibly stupid to start off his tenure at each new team. Jesus but Randy Moss is a cancer? what is the worst thing he ever did? run over a parking guards foot or something? I'd take TO also any day over Marshall. Whats the worst thing TO has done? Marshall gets off easy IMO. Its like people must like his personality when hes not snapping. That tells me he is bi polar for sure and just can't get it under control.

A man with character flaws usually needs a partner who not only balances them out but generally pushes them to be better. Clearly Mrs Marshall is not such a woman, because Brandon is clearly that flawed man.

didn't you get the memo we are going to talk about Marshal in this thread. But I am probably around kids more then you. I teach sax lessons, help coach flag football, so whatever. IMO I see how parents forget what its like to be a kid, and thats why they often can't get through to them. Once you are a parent I think you change, and sometimes that makes it tougher to relate to kids.

I'm instrumental in homeschooling my three kids on a daily basis. I restructured my career around it. I help coach both a girls softball team and boys little league baseball team. And i give drum and art lessons to our local kids for free.

You're some thirty-ish single guy living with his dad always biatching about paying taxes for 'other peoples' kids. Ironically the same generation that will some day be answering your 911 calls, staffing your hospitals, protecting your butt wearing a uniform.... and paying your Social Security check.

... But now 'our' kids are your kids too when it comes to a political jab? You have no clue as to the sacrifices parents make on a daily basis.

The Mike & Mike show on ESPN speculated that, assuming the charges are proven in some way, Marshall could receive a 4-8 game suspension. Further, they said Chicago might have grounds to negate the trade if Miami even had a hint of this incident before the trade was made.

Brandon Marshall on yet another police blotter. It's like he's making a tour of the United States county jails.

two more things to add to this:

1) if you throw a bottle at my wife or gf and seriously injure her, I am probably going to hit you...I've never hit a woman but just thinking about seeing your woman hit in the face by something like a bottle has to be infuriating

2) however, why is he out fighting people in clubs anyway? I've seen plenty of athletes out in New York and I've NEVER seen any of them have a problem....maybe its time for him to grow up...or not, I really don't care either way

People like Marshall are always looking for drama and the need for excitement and fights. You would think he would learn that maybe going into clubs at night are not good for him considering his past. Does Marshall have kids? If he does, maybe more time at home would be better than going out clubbing, though considering he would be their role model, maybe it is good he isn't around them so much. In any case, such a world we live in when complete idiots like Marshall can be cheered on and wanted while a guy like Tebow can't get be ridden out of town fast enough for others.

This really will put a hold on Jizz becoming a Bears fan.

It really wouldn't if I was going to. I could care less what an athlete does off the field. Shoot, I would probably roll around town punching women with Marshall and Rod Smith, if they asked me to.

Brandon Marshall does have a responsible father and they have a typical father and son relationship when not trying to kill each other..... ROFL!

Jan. 24, 2007: Police responded to a parking lot outside an Orlando bowling alley where Marshall and his father had a heated argument. According to a police report of the incident, Frederick Marshall said his son took out a handgun and fired one shot at him after the two men argued. Frederick Marshall, who refused to sign a sworn statement or press charges, said his son left the area after firing the handgun.

Brandon Marshall told police that his father had asked him for money earlier that night and that when he said "no," Frederick Marshall left the bowling alley in anger, broke a beer bottle on Brandon Marshall's vehicle and then tried to run down Brandon Marshall with his car, forcing him to jump between two vehicles in the parking lot to avoid getting hit, according to the report.

85% of men incarcerated had a home without a father. You sure you want to go this "I know many people...." line when facts can hit you in the face with the exact opposite? Marshall's upbringing probably had something to do with the messed up life he is currently in.

Is the confusion due to being in the back of Spiders rig, during the intercourse, as he crossed interstate lines?

This actually isn't true. A suspect's prior record can directly influence whether he's guilty or not and increase sentence time.

What are the odds that he's innocent of any wrong doing. I understand "innocent until proven guilty" but seriously...what are the odds he's just this "unlucky"?

The five fundamental forces of nature

1. Gravity - This force acts between all mass (http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/dict_jp.html#mass) in the universe and it has infinite range.

2. Electromagnetic - This acts between electrically charged particles. Electricity, magnetism, and light (http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/dict_jp.html#light) are all produced by this force and it also has infinite range.

3. The Strong Force - This force binds neutrons (http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/dict_jp.html#neutron) and protons (http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/dict_jp.html#proton) together in the cores of atoms and is a short range force.

4. Weak Force - This causes Beta decay (the conversion of a neutron to a proton, an electron (http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/dict_ei.html#electron) and an antineutrino) and various particles (the "strange" ones) are formed by strong interactions but decay via weak interactions (that's what's strange about "strangeness"). Like the strong force, the weak force is also short range.

5. Brandon Marshall's Fist - Girl's Face Force - This force acts between Marshall's right fist and the jawbone of a female human being. It is a short range force, acting strongly over the interaction distance of Marshall's wingspan of about 6 feet. Once the face of a female enters this interaction zone, the force is strong - causing a violent collapse of Marshall's fist towards said face.

At least BM is headed for a dry city. The lack of bars & clubs in Chicago should clearly help his stellar decision making

You know its good sarcasm when someone has to almost say geeze what a stupid comment, Chicago full of bars. Then it hit me. LOL!

New York City police have decided not to bring charges against Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall for a melee at a NYC nightclub in March, according to Marshall's attorney, Harvey Steinberg.

Marshall

"Brandon was the victim here and never did anything wrong," Steinberg said. "This confirms that."

Marshall was alleged to have punched a woman in the face, but police struggled to find evidence against Marshall, according to sources.

Marshall said last week in a radio interview that he was confident he would be "cleared of any wrongdoing."

It's not the first off-field incident involving Marshall, which he said makes him even more of a target in public.

If you add gay sex does the state total go to 48 and Puerto Rico?

Not that there is anything wrong with that...
