The Miami Dolphins traded Brandon Marshall, because Peyton Manning said he wouldn't play with him.

I don't know WTF is going on with Chicago. They had Greg Olsen and Knox as excellent targets for Cutler, then traded Olsen and minimized Knox, grabbing Roy Williams. This after supposedly Cutler bought on with Martz, but Martz and Lovie apparently were the guys that traded Olsen and brought in Roy Williams.

Nevertheless, Chicago was doing well with the new crew last year, until Cutler went down. Now they have a new GM, new OC (Tice), aging defense, Lovie, Cutler, QB coach Bates, and Marshall.

Was Jeremy Bates really calling the plays directly into Cutler, or was it through Shanahan? Dennison was the OC in 2008, Bates may have been suggesting some plays into Shanahan's headset, but Shanny could override????

Either way, I'm thinking right now in Chicago it's a soap opera with Tice being promoted to OC from within, but speculation that Cutler wanted Bates hired as OC from outside, and then they add Bates as a Qb coach AFTER Tice was promoted to OC.

They split the role. Dennison was in charge of the run game and overall gameplan, Bates was in charge of the passing attack and called plays into Cutler. Shanahan had the ability to listen in and override them at anytime

They have the luxury of drafting OL now and I would be shocked if we didn't see more boots and quick slants being thrown to make the OL's job easier.

People talk about how bad their OL was last year but Forte was unstopable, give him a better line, a legit #1 WR and they have a good chance at competing with GB for the division.

MCD LOVER ROBBLE ROBBLE ROBBLE

I liked that Josh was NOT mikey..

he started the total rebuild this team needed..

our offense was great between the 20's, but the OL sucked inside the 10, so our kicker had to be the best to stay in games..
Elam was almost perfect between 20 and 40 yards because he kicked so many of them..

had cutlet had a stud oline that could get a 3rd and 2 outside the redzone or a tough yard or 2 inside the 5 then we would have won more than regular season games..

But mikey's team folded down the stretch and always in the playoffs when they played real teams..

So yes I liked the concept Josh brought to the table .. Bigger OL and a legit passing game.. like mikey he was weak on D..

In the end it brought Elway back into the game.. lets hope he can make us consistent winners in the playoffs.

LOL yeah that's a good way to put it. If I'm a McD lover then it's because he wasn't Shanahan. I really wish his sell would have been less offense and more defense. That's the big problem I have with the Manning deal.

Man, I'm really excited about this. Thank God I have Sunday Ticket! They just need to upgrade the line a little bit.

Marshall is a dip and going to the Bears won't change that.

Man that guy has the worst luck. I can't believe such horrible situations befall such an angel who could in no way be bringing this upon himself.
