According to reports the Cleveland Browns remain uncertain exactly how to handle running back Peyton Hillis. Some in the organization want to try and keep him, while others want to part ways and draft Alabama's Trent Richardson.

I for one would love to see Hillis back with the Broncos, imagine rotating him with McGahee.. talk about a power running game.

I'd rather have Trent Richardson

We can dream. Not realistic though.

Also, not crazy about using a high pick on a RB anymore.

As a big Hillis fan and thought it was stupid for McDaniels to can him, I am not in a big rush to grab him. I know Popps will jump on me for this one but a Madden curse with an assumed locker room issues is not something we need. I would not say NO to it but I wouldnt be starting threads on it either. We do need a running back for the upcoming season but not sure how much we use in $ or draft selection.

Little known fact: if you say "no" to bringing back Hillis, you're clearly a McFan.

If you lick Cutler's balls and protect every negative thing about Tebow and come to his rescue even though McDaniels canned the first one and drafted the second one, would that make you a McFan?

between him and Tebow, what would the fumble count be for next season? 50? 60?

Dumb as rocks.

He would be a prefect fit , we dont even run an NFL offense , we have a FB posing as a QB , A white guy as a WR ....... He would be perfect

Why would you sign that jhns? I would never ask such a question. I already know the answer.

Hillis is ****ing terrible. There's gotta be UDFAs on the scrap heap that could do better than his 3 YPC or whatever.

Oh.

I thought the thread title was "Bring black Peyton Hillis." I'm all for that if we can find one...

Hillis proved to be no better on 3rd down and/or short yardage than Moreno. The "he can pound the rock and get first downs" argument is statistically false. Add in his douching around with the Browns FO about his contract and faking an injury, and he's not even worth a cursory glance.

We already did. The Lendale White experiment sucked.

Sitting out faking injury/sickness coupled with his propensity to fumble often has me leaning towards heck no.

Denvers offense = Throwing FB, FB , RB .........

The Broncos don't need another power RB. They need a speed RB, a RB who can get yardage on the outside, not just up the middle. If the Broncos bring in another RB it should be a speed back. That's the type or RB that will score TDs in the fourth quarter when the opposing defense is worn out.

I would love to have him back as a FB... but not as a feature back. I can see us running a split-back formation with him and McGahee.

Three running options back there would be tough to defend.

Fullbacks are required to block. Hillis does not block. Thats why he sat so much his first trip here.

Yes, bring him back! Everyone forgets that McGahee needs to be spelled. We need two solid backs and that backfield would just punish defenses.
