I might be voting for Obama and hopefully the Senate goes Republican. Mitt ****ing sucks. Obama, for the exception of Obamacare and passing the second stimulus, has done a pretty good job. At the very least he hasn't embarassed the office or the country.
These GOPers are all heretics and must be burned at the stake!

Have you got a poll that suggests these numbers are wrong?
Mitt is going to crash and burn - a state income tax issue in Mass. is going to ruin him when it comes out.

Americans Pick “TEA PARTY” over “Occupy” Protesters
It's interesting the same polling organazation Wenzel Strategies says registered voters nationwide are deeply divided over he “grassroots” movements that have erupted in the United States – the TEA Party that seeks a return to a more Coonstitutional, limited government and the current “Occupy” protesters who demand higher taxes on the “wealthy” for distribution to others.
But a new poll indicates that more Americans by a significant margin believe the tea party will have a bigger and longer impact on the nation.

Nope - just Hannity's word. :D
I dont believe it -- it doesnt ring true. Indpendents are the only ones that matter in this election.
Until the R's actually pick someone (as its still pretty much up for grabs) it is hard to make any statements now that will amount to much later and as the election gets closer.

Polls don't mean much until after both parties have conventions. Hell its like you people have never seen an election go down before. When the Republican nominee wins, has his convention he will get a huge bump in the polls. Then Obama will reel him in as the election draws closer. Right now Obama getting by easy as the repubs eat each other and fight each other to lead the party. No big deal its how it always works. Its one reason the incumbent is always in the advantage.

It's one thing for the incumbent to have an advantage with independents. On that I would agree. It's another thing entirely for 1 in 5 people who self-indentify with the minority party to state that they are leaning towards the incumbent. If you can find me a pre-election poll from 2004 that showed 1 in 5 self-identified Democrats leaning towards voting for Bush at any time, I'll eat my hat.

You would have thought Pony Boy would have learned his lesson about fact-checking after embarrassing himself the other day by claiming Clint Eastwood is a liberal shill for Obama. A simple Google search would save him the shame. But, like I said, right-wingers live in a bubble. If facts contradict their beliefs, the problem is with the facts, not their belief.

Hey pea-brain when the voting is over and if 20% of the republicans vote for Obama is when it can be called a "Fact". How hard is that for you and your circle jerk liberal buddies to understand? Wenzel Strategies is a polling organization that sticks it finger up in the air to sample which way the wind is blowing. Weird because I don't know 1 repub who wants to vote for Obama. Whatever though yes the poll is cause for some concern in the Romney and Santorum camps. To tell you the truth I don't remember any polls that focused on one party. It's just another angle to get a story going. I wouldn't read much into any polls at this point unless they are between the 2 repub challengers.

I also bet that some of the folks that voted for hope and change as well as because he Was black and not an old white guy.
Not worried about a few so called republicans that state in a poll before we know who the player is saying they would vote for that moron.
I suspect they are not real republicans.
In fact everyone I have met in a VERY Hispanic city say they will not vote for him again they made one mistake and are not going to do it again.

It IS a fact that right now, according to this conservative polling firm, 1 in 5 Republicans are leaning towards voting for Obama. If you have a poll that can refute these findings, present it. Otherwise, you are just pulling **** out of your ass as usual.

In posting this poll, I am not claiming that at the end of the day, 1 in 5 Republicans will actually vote for Obama. I don't think they will. However, I think there are a couple of important things this poll suggests. First, it's clear the moderates in the party are turned off by their choices. Even Romney, the presumed moderates choice, has shifted his rhetoric to the right in order to fend off Gingrich and Santorum and isn't a terribly attactive candidate in any case. Second, Obama is not as unpopular as the far right wishes he were. The fact that such a large percentage of Republicans are even considering Obama lays waste to the notion. People in the middle of the political spectrum are comfortable with Obama, this would suggest. If Romney gets the nod, I imagine he will get most of those moderate GOP votes at the end of the day, but the fact they would even give Obama consideration does not bode well for the GOP in trying to win over the independents.

I have a question for republicans on the board. Why can't your party come up with a decent candidate.
First you toss out John "I have scrambled eggs for a brain" McCain with sara "I can see Russia from my porch" Palin
Now Mitt "I don't have to pay taxes cause I'm rich" Romney"
Or a better question is why when you have a candidate that the military loves, the libs love and the conservatives love do you toss him under the bus (Ron Paul)?
