The national media is not covering this story of course, but it's fundamental to the thinking of the BO administration. Eric Holder is a joke, BO is a joke. The longer this administration is in office, the longer BO/Holder get to bend, twist and subvert the US Constitution:

Please note: What’s more, the federal government's decision to prosecute Pine despite having no evidence of wrongdoing prompted Judge Ryskamp to suspect a conspiracy at the highest level of the Obama administration: "The court is at a loss as to why the government chose to prosecute this particular case in the first place," he wrote.

the Obama/Holder junta has been a failure of epic proportions. Fast and Furious was as bad as it gets. The voter intimidation case that they dropped was egregious. This case is egregious as well.
Our justice department is supposed to be an arbiter of justice under the law. Its not supposed to subvert the law at every turn to be a political arm of the executive branch to attack political enemies.
Liberals need to wake up from this stuff, because if your guy uses it...the next guy can too. We need to get back to having those shared values and not ignoring them for the sake of politics. Justice is a principle that we value. Blind, impartial justice. The Obama administration views justice as just another inconvenience in between them and absolute authority.

Although I agree, we should clean house with our guys first and take the R's behind the woodshead constistantly when they violate the Constitution. Otherwise it sounds like political posturing. If the R's take Congress and the Exec branch, we will see if we have learned something, or if we will only be able to play games.
