I couldn't find it either but it is live on FM radio 102.3 and 104.3. Also Ch. 9 KUSA and Ch. 4 KCNC TV carrying it live on their noon news hour but I don't know how long they will stick with it.

Brian Xanders: "we have an internal budget given by the owner and we plan to stick to that budget...we have to address our own free agents"

Does anyone else interpret this as Pat going cheap again this year?

Internal budget is obviously less than salary cap, it's just a matter of how much.

Are Shanahan/McD payoffs off the books yet? Any chance that has been hindering us?

Nope....Just means they have to address their own free agents FIRST. Meaning assessing who they want to keep & what it will take to keep them. Once that's done, they'll address other free agents with the remaining budget.

This is going to be simple. If a owner gives you $500 to spend you will spend $500 so whatever the Broncos spend we will know what the owner imposed budget is. And Pat is just being frugal with his money. Yeah right. He has cash flow issues no doubt

Yes, Pat is going to milk the system for one more year until the floor kicks in.

Hopefully, they draft well and get a CB and RB that can contribute right away.

Hopefully, Irving is ready to start at MLB, Carter solidifies his potential as a starter, Moore shows us something more than missing tackles, and Ty Warren has something left in the tank. Anyone expecting a big FA splash signing is going to be disappointed.

Lol, wow. You realize this is a business right. A business with an owner who is ultimately responsible for the profit or loss of the company. Businesses have budgets.

Broncos are one of the top revenue generating teams in the NFL...and is at the bottom of the league in terms of spending. Profits aren't the issue.

I think being frugal with free agents (for the most part) is the right path for this team. Need to continue to build through the draft, and if there becomes a player or two that is available and worth spending on-do it.

Don't need to the Redskins or Eagles and go on a big spending spree.

No, but you can be smart and upgrade several positions this offseason in a way that really bolsters this team's chances to be a perennnial playoff team and contender.

Yes, look at the lions..They added cory williams and that other guy-forget his name atm- on their DL, then they draft suh and fairley and BAM!

If they just drafted those two guys without the FA pickups they would just be average.

I think that you'll see Denver target two positions for sure in free agency: running back and corner back. Both of those positions are places where the team could spend a little cash and bring in a solid veteran or spend a little more and get a star player. There are several players at each of those spots who could fill either of those categories.

You can draft at that position and still draft for BPA because you can always bring in young players at both of those spots and develop them alongside the starters.

Personally I'd like to see the team sign a middle linebacker as well, because the defense is going to need someone out there providing leadership and calling the plays.
