CHARLESTON, S.C. – The rivalry between two South Carolina high schools boiled over after a basketball match, with two fans of the victorious side reportedly beaten up by opposition supporters for "Tebowing."
The Wando High School pair were attacked after their school had inflicted a 20-point defeat on West Ashley High in Charleston, during which they had copied the Denver Broncos quarterback's iconic prayer pose, The Post and Courier reported Saturday.
They were punched and kicked in a parking lot, to the point that one was left vomiting from being hit repeatedly in the stomach.
Lara Isaac, whose 17-year-old son was one of the victims, said the attack was a reprisal for the pair "Tebowing."
"They were scared for their lives," she said. "No one was manning the exits to make sure this wouldn't happen. The kids who did this apparently knew that."

My teenage son was assisting with VBS and one day had to confiscate a straight razor from a 5-year-old. At church. A rural church. SMH.

And saying stuff like this makes me sick IMO is sort of an over statement. Kids have been fighting over football games, basketball games etc etc for a long long time. My dad told me a funny story once. He grew up dirt poor on a farm in Nebraska. His school closed and now he had to ride his dads horse to school in some bigger city 20 miles from his house. Well there big science fair came up, and my dad being my dad kicked everyones ass. My dad went on to design high tech cameras used to guide space craft to outer plantes. Stardust was his last gem, google it, it was a big deal.

He used junk he found around a train yard that a man let him rummage through in return for work and scavenging for him. So long story short he ends up building this pump system you could through a hose done a well and use horses to pump the water out, for fires and such on rural farms. So after making all the city kids look stupid they kicked his ass and broke his machine. My dad was really smart, not super tough.
