Tim Tebow is being conspired against. The men behind the curtain are manipulating the gameplan to make Tebow fail. There is some measure of plotting and scheming evidenced by the public statements of Broncos officials and the gameplan that undercuts Tebow

<iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/8hGvQtumNAY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

And if you think you're
preparin' these minnows for manhood,

you better think again,

because I say you are
killin' the very spirit...

this institution
proclaims it instills.

What a sham.

What kind of a show
are you guys puttin' on here today ?

I mean, the only class
in this act is sittin' next to me.

I'm here to tell you
this boy's soul is intact.

It's non-negotiable.
You know how I know ?

Someone here, and I'm not gonna say who,
offered to buy it.

- Only Charlie here wasn't sellin'.
- Sir, you're out of order.

I show you out of order.

You don't know what
out of order is, Mr. Trask.

I'd show you,
but I'm too old,

I'm too tired,
too ****in' blind.

If I were the man I was
five years ago, I'd take...

a flamethrower
to this place !

Out of order ? Who the hell
you think you're talkin' to ?

I've been around,
you know ?

There was a time
I could see.

And I have seen.

Boys like these,
younger than these,

their arms torn out,
their legs ripped off.

But there is nothin'
like the sight...

of an amputated spirit.

There is
no prosthetic for that.

You think you're merely sendin'
this splendid foot soldier...

back home to Oregon with
his tail between his legs,

but I say you are...

executin' his soul !

And why ?

Because he's not
a Baird man.

Baird men.
You hurt this boy,

you're gonna be Baird bums,
the lot of you.

And, Harry, Jimmy,

Trent, wherever
you are out there,

**** you too !

Stand down, Mr. Slade !

I'm not finished.

As I came in here,
I heard those words:

"cradle of leadership."

Well, when
the bough breaks,

the cradle will fall,
and it has fallen here.

It has fallen.

Makers of men,
creators of leaders.

Be careful what kind of leaders
you're producin' here.

I don't know if Charlie's
silence here today...

is right or wrong;
I'm not a judge or jury.

But I can tell you this:

he won't sell
anybody out...

to buy his future !

And that, my friends,
is called integrity.

That's called courage.

Now that's the stuff
leaders should be made of.

Now I have come to
the crossroads in my life.

I always knew
what the right path was.

Without exception, I knew,
but I never took it.

You know why ?

It was too damn hard.

Now here's Charlie.
He's come to the crossroads.

He has chosen a path.

It's the right path.

It's a path
made of principle...

that leads to character.

Let him continue
on his journey.

You hold this boy's future
in your hands, Committee.

It's a valuable future,

believe me.

Don't destroy it.
Protect it.

Embrace it.

It's gonna make you proud
one day, I promise you.

How's that for cornball ?

Nothing can
shut them up, sir.

You know what makes going to Mars a show stopper, the speed your body evolves in space. Your body breaks down, you would look like an alien by the time you got back. It never ceases to amaze me whne I think about the speed natural selection assumes in space.

Now if you were an angel, one of the stars that sung at creation, An angel who decided to come down to earth to get it on with all the hot lookin babes if you could have any you wanted... Then you woke up after a nut or two to realize oh **** I am mortal. Not only that but Noah is building an ark and you knew God was pissed and the world was going to be destroyed. I imagine you would fashion a space ship and head out to the nearest habitable planet to chill and come back right before the end times to join in on the end time war against God for being such a orderly freak.

Remember the story einstein shared about a baby traveling the speed of light and then instantly returning to find the earth is so much older? Well what if you took off at this outragious speed and decided to maintain that speed. long enough for five thousand years to go by, imagine what you would look like when you returned? Alien? Not a conspiracy, just a concept...

Run the ball more than pass? For a QB that is more COMFORTABLE running than reading a defense and checking down and passing? Would they INSTRUCT the O-line to NOT runblock yet somehow LEAD THE LEAGUE IN RUNBBLOCKING? Wow. Can you coach that?

It is possible to be a Tebow fan and supporter and also not be an idiot. You should try it, it is much more fun than looking for boogie men around every corner.

Steve Young was saying that the style of offense was not going to help Tebow develop as a passer and a quarterback. He is not saying that the Broncos organization is conspiring to prevent Tim from succeeding. The front offices and coaches jobs are not to make Tim Tebow a successful QB. Their job is to win games and put the team in a position to get better.

There is plenty to complain about if you don't like the style of the offense and that is legit... but to argue that there is a masterplan to make Tim fail is lunacy. The argument rings particularly hollow when the "team" is winning and Tim Tebow himself is saying that his job is to win, not develop his own skill set.

Steve Young was saying that the style of offense was not going to help Tebow develop as a passer and a quarterback... Tim Tebow himself is saying that his job is to win, not develop his own skill set.

Tim Tebow is stuck in a nut house, and this is his way of coping with the horrific reality while speaking in code.

What Tebow is actually saying is that he can fulfill his ultimate goal, which is to win; while having his coaching staff putting up the road block of Elways sabotaging scheme.

An opponent is an opponent, Tebows job is to beat the opponents who stand in the way of his ultimate goals, goals mind you that include being developed as a passer.

Tebow is willing to hit the snooze button on his development, and put the team first, this is what makes him a class act.

But as a fan watching Tebow have ten seconds in the pocket and only relegated 3 pass plays in three drives in OT, have only one passing attempt per game average when the team is not behind; I don't see it as a "style of offense that was not going to help Tebow develop as a passer and a quarterback"

I see it as a type of offense that was actually sabotaging his development to the point of exploiting his passing game on a as needed basis dependant on what the defense dictated. If the rushing offense can't then and only then does Tebow's passing game get unleashed, and this just so happens to be at the most inopportune time.

The first pass play of Tebows starting career with Fox, by design has the left DE coming at Tebow unchecked. The most important player to block comes unchecked, on the first pass play after two weeks to prepare for the Dolphins?

Then the next pass play does not come until 7 plays later, imagine that it is on 3rd down and long.

Then the next pass play comes 4 plays later when the team in the whole of a 2nd and 12 predictable passsing situation, the pass goes for 1 yard and imagine that Tebow is sacked on 3rd and long.

So between the Left DE coming unchecked to two passes on 3rd and one pass on second and long, is how Fox choose to start developing tebows passing game. could you find the most inopportune times to pass it while looking to get Tebow up and running with the passing game on his first start?

No way in hell. This is about as an orchestrated attempt to make a QB fail as you could chalk up. This is not something that is coincidental or accidental, make no mistake about it, this is by design. I am not talking about intelligent design, this is the evilution conspiracy that has tebow executing the worst offensive passing scheme int he league.

When Tebow took over for Orton during the Chargers game, his first pass of the season was on 3rd down and long, Next two passes where high risk deep passes, one of which was on 3rd and long.

1 deep pass on 2nd and two passes on 3rd and long in Tebows first quarter this season, is not only how Tebows development as a passer was initiated by Fox, but it is pretty much par for the course this season.

From the first game to the last, the passing scheme has had the deck stacked against Tebow's ability to properly develop.

Broncos are looking ugly by deliberate design. Tebows first four passes of his last game, where either on the predictably high risk passing plays of 3rd and long, or high risk deep passing plays on second down.

Here is how the first half looked.

1 3rd and long (High Risk Passing Situation)
2 1st (High risk deep pass)
3 3rd and long (High Risk Passing Situation)
4 2nd down (High risk deep pass)
5 3rd down
6 2nd (High risk deep pass)
7 1st TD (High risk deep pass) TD

Not one high percentage passing opportunity in the entire first half.

20 rushing attempts to 7 high percentage passing attempts aimed at bailing the rushing offense out of the rut it digs this team in time and time again, this is what happens when you put one foot on the breaks of tebows passing game, and the other on the gas of the rushing offense.

This is why we may indeed have the worst scoring offenses in the league since Tebow started.

What Tebow has managed to accomplish while Elway and Fox have the breaks on his passing game, defies reason and logic.

How is it that Tebow does not have a plethera of int's with all of these high percentage pass plays, and not to mention a plethera of lossess as a result of being forced into one crunch time come back from behind after another, with this one dimensional offense? How is it that he is shattering one record after another, while carrying this ball and chain scheme? Because he is that Good~!!

Tim Tebow and Denver Super Bowl win equals NFL Armageddon

It’s funny how the polarizing discussion about Tebow has gone from "he will never start"... to "he will never win a game" ... to "he will never win a Super Bowl."

Tebow has crushed the odds on the first two assumptions, and I wouldn’t want to bet against him as the Broncos seem bound and determined to ride the Tebow Train into the playoffs. They are 5-1 with Tebow as a starter, and only one game behind Oakland in the AFC West.

Tebow goes for a 6-1 run when the Broncos face the Minnesota Vikings and Christian Ponder on Sunday. Ponder, a rookie from FSU, is going to be a star on Sundays. He fits the NFL prototype of a pocket passer with excellent arm strength.

The guy playing QB for the other side is none of that. The Broncos have tailored their offense around Tebow’s strengths ... the ability to run the ball, improvise, and his leadership skills.

The Broncos have an excellent defense and a solid running game behind Willis McGahee. Tebow is the caretaker, chugging along slowly until the fourth quarter, when crazy stuff happens. The offense opens up, Tebow starts making plays, and the Broncos win again. And it’s not as if Tebow has this great arsenal of weapons. Anyone else notice that the Broncos traded Brandon Lloyd to St. Louis four games into the season? Lloyd had a blow-up year in 2010, with 77 catches for 1,448 yards and 11 TDs.

http://news.bostonherald.com/sports/columnists/view.bg?&articleid=1385588&format=&page=1&listingType=sco#articleFull

Who in their right mind trades their No.1 receiver for a 6th round pick who had 77 catches for 1,448 yards and 11 TD's, in the season prior, for a guy to take over as No.1 that had 6 receptions and 106 yards to go with his 1 TD the prior season.

Someone looking to sabotage the team? Uh Yeah~!!

Waiving your former starting QB despite getting paid for two months for sitting on the bench, right when two opponents on the schedule lose their startin QB? All of a sudden team goes from 1-4 to 5-1 and then right when the play-offs are on the radar, Elway goes and cut's the best back up QB in the league, so he can join a scheduled division rival?

Who does that but someone looking to sabotage the team?

If this guy was anyone but Elway this fan base would be up in arms, but since its Elway the red carpet is rolled out for him to go unchecked while in his role as Benedict Arnold? Really?

Courtesy of ProFootballTalk.com’s Mike Florio, Tebow is currently in fourth place among AFC quarterbacks when it comes to fan voting for the 2012 Pro Bowl–trailing Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger, and Ryan Fitzpatrick. With three weeks remaining in the vote process, there’s a good chance Tebow could move ahead of Fitzpatrick if the Broncos continue to stay hot, but it should also be noted that this is only the rankings for the fans votes as players and coaches still have to submit their nominations as well.

It’s crazy to think Tebow ranks this high in the voting process considering last week’s game against the San Diego Chargers was the first time he completed at least 50 percent of his passes in a game. Still, Tebow has certainly played a big role in helping Denver turn things around after a 1-4 start and when looking at the rest of the competition, it’s safe to say Tebow is playing better than most quarterbacks in the AFC–so it shouldn’t really be a surprise at all.

Tebow is on the verge of going to the Probowl, how much more of a failure can you get than Elway has in agenda to writing Tim off as nothing more than an interim QB?

Could you have possibly taken a worst tack than Elway has in regards to the gamble he made in seeing his tack of going against the grain of faith in Tebow payoff? Talk about holding a bunch of Jokers?

Joker regarding starting Orton and Waiving Orton to a scheduled division rival
Joker regarding trading Lloyd
Joker of a sabotaging passing scheme
Joker of betraying McDaniels
Joker of thinking you can get away with it

Elway's high horse has him completely out of touch with reality.

As a lifelong Broncos fan and a Colorado boy to my very core, these have been the happiest, football-holiest few weeks I’ve had in ages. Football Sundays are sacred stuff again. Every time the orange-and-blue take the field, I’m filled with hope. And so far, hope does not disappoint. Tebow is the evidence of victories unseen in these parts since John Elway galloped away from Mile High Stadium lo those many years ago. (Twelve-which in football years is eternity.)

Tebow vs. Ponder QB rivalry set for latest battle

Woody Paige (http://www.denverpost.com/commented/ci_19465889?source=commented-#ixzz1fZQOp4RX):

Tebowing this, and Pondering that.

The quarterbacks in the Broncos-Vikings game today were born six months apart and played college football 149 driving miles apart.

Both are just about 6-foot-2, with eyes of blue. Each was picked in the first round of the NFL draft. This season, both replaced their teams' veteran starting quarterbacks. As kid QBs in the late 1990s, each admired John Elway, who was winning two Super Bowls. Both dreamed of emulating Elway's success in pro football. Each is trying to prove himself worthy.

One has been compared to Elway; the other has been disparaged by Elway.

Tebow wears the same color uniform Elway did. Ponder wears the same number Elway did.

Tebow is 5-1 as a starter this season — after entering at quarterback in the second half of the previous game when the Broncos began with a 1-4 record. Ponder is 1-4 as a starter — and came in at quarterback in the fourth quarter of the previous game when the Vikings began with a 1-5 record.

The Vikings' and the Broncos' original starters this season — Donovan McNabb and Kyle Orton — have since been released.

Tebow has 11 touchdowns (eight passing, three rushing), one interception, three fumbles and 1,307 yards (852 passing and 455 rushing). Ponder has six touchdowns (all passing), six interceptions, one fumble and 1,281 yards (1,141 passing and 140 yards rushing).

Despite his team's failures, Ponder is considered by most NFL observers to have a bright future.

In spite of his team's triumphs, Tebow is still considered by many to have a dim future...

The point was: if you don't know how to correctly spell "plethora", then perhaps you just might be better off saying "he doesn't have a lot of int's...and a lot of "lossess" (sic). "Lot" is easier to spell than "plethora".

Really?

Geeeebus ****ing Christ, it's getting as annoying as a little Chihuahua nipping at your ankles. ****ing pests which should just be punted into next week.

As a Bronco fan I want our team and Tim to do well and win, but these TimFans will drive you up the wall with their idol worship.

Not to mention the out-and-out "weird" factor of the whole thing. Sometimes it feels like you've stumbled into an episode of "Beiber Visits the Kardashians."
