Interesting read.... Never heard of the rating before but this seems to be the year of new ratings with ESPN's new "Total QBR" and now this one. However, these guys are pretty proud of it and their correlation to win percentage is pretty good (.886 right now). We'll see over time.
One interesting fact (probably skewed by Tebow's first year scoring plays) but Tebow scores a TD 6% of the time he touches the ball (higher then Brady, Manning, Brees, or Elway).
