If he appeals he will be available for Sunday vs NO, and will miss the Vikings and Raiders games if he loses the appeal.

Don't appeal!

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/11/29/suh-suspended-two-games/

Five days after stomping on Packers guard Evan Dietrich-Smith, Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has learned his fate.

Jay Glazer of FOX reports that Suh has been suspended two games.

I don;t think he's a bad guy in general. I think he lets his emotions get the best of him in the heat of the moment. It's not like he's another Albert Hanesworth. Not ok with what he did and i think he should be suspended, he needs to do a better job of keeping his emotions in check. Plus, he'll be rested and motivated to play the Raiders ;D

I think it is plenty. 2 game checks for a former 1 pre-rookie cap is not insignificant. The whole point of a suspension is to change a behavior pattern. If he doesn't get the hint after this then crucify him.

If his appeal is held before this weeks games surely whether it succeeds or fails he'll be available to hurt Palmer, they have 2 games prior.

I prefer the appeal now, get refused now and play angry against the Raiders....But Goodell-two shoes will probably reduce it to one game ( why even mention 2 games?) as time off for bad behavior during the game against G-bay. So hopefully he plays the oakland game anyway.

As an aside, he really hasn't been performing at such a high level this year, although he is drawing attention to himself anyway....for the wrong reasons.

It probably happened multiple times every game back in the 60s and 70s. And anyway it wasn't really a stomp so much as a kick. I don't believe he hurt the Packers player at all. People comparing it to the Haynseworth stomp are nuts.

I volunteer Agamonium to take the Stomp Test. He will lay down and let Suh stomp him on the arm. Three times. And then Argamibnuomenun will rate the pain level after each stomp on the Hospital-tested 10 point pain scale. That should be objective.

The passengers in the car with Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh said that he lied about his crash in downtown Portland, Oregon this weekend, according to KGW.com (http://www.twackle.com/sitebar?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kgw.com%2Fnews%2FPass engers-say-Suh-lied-about-Portland-crash-135062198.html).
After his crash on Saturday morning, Suh told poliece that he was trying to pass a cab when he lost control of his car and hit a tree and that no one was injured, according to the police report.
Two passengers from the car came forward Monday and disputed Suh’s report.
“When the light turned green, he floored it,” one of the passengers told KGW. “I just remember going so fast and it was violent and just getting thrown around like rag dolls.”
The new police report says two people were injured in the crash and required hospitalization. One of the injured passengers was quoted as saying Suh “was driving unsafe. It was just clear to me that we were going too fast,” according to KGW.com. The report adds that there were four people in the car, not three like originally reported.
“He [Suh] was driving too fast and reckless all the time,” one of the passengers said. “There was never a taxi. He was just going too fast and he could have killed someone at Dante’s [a Portland nightclub].”

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/Former-Green-Bay-Packer-Matt-Brock-Evan-Dietrich-Smith-instructed-to-untie-Ndamukong-Suh-shoelaces-121511/

Brock: Shoelace antics led to Suh stomp

"So my friend, James [Campen] man, I probably shouldn't say his name, he told me not to tell this, and I was like, 'Whatever,' he's the offensive line coach. The center, or one of his guards, he's had like one or two starts in his career and he's got to play against Suh. So he's pretty puckered, right? So, he's talking to James, the offensive line coach, going, 'What do I do? What do I do?'"

"James is just in his mind going, 'This guy is going to get killed. I got to take his mind off it, give him something else to do.' So he says, 'OK, every time you're in a pile, I want you to focus on something. I want you to untie his shoes.

"'Anytime you can, just reach in; he's got floppy shoe laces, he doesn't spat (cover them with tape) or anything, just untie his shoes. It will irritate him.'"

Brock said the Packers offensive lineman untied Suh's shoes three times during the game.

"That's why he stomped him," Brock said. "That's why he banged his head on the ground and he stomped him."
