If he was asked same question now that he was asked last week.

I suspect that Vic and Gary will ask the question again.

they did show a quick shot of him on TV, before cutting away, where he was poking needles and pins into something that looked like a doll. the doll had the number 15 written on it. not sure what that was though. it was only on screen for a second or so.

He looked like he was trying to make sure and do a big grin on the sidelines, like "If those losers are going to put my facial expression under a microscope, I'll give 'em a big ol grin!"

Please let him say nothing. Just keep your mouth shut John. It's best for everyone.

True, Elway does not need to answer that question every day or every week of who the QB of 2012 will be.

"You need to do better than 31% on third downs if you want to win Super Bowls Timmy!"

"I feel like it's distracting the team for me to keep floating answers to these questions out there. So let me just be clear -- we're drafting another quarterback no matter what happens. This is all one big joke. Thanks."

Same thing. He'll make it sound prettier though.

Hell, why would he change his answers... don't jinx it.

Obviously he's not going to 180 and say they strongly feel Tim is the QBOTF. But I do expect he'll say he saw improvement and give some love to a few of those really nice 3rd down throws. Beyond that he's just over halfway through this "audition" period of 11 games.

Personally I thought this was his best game by far. No complete disappearing act in the middle quarters. His good throws were really good. And take away a couple drops, a tough review in OT and his 3rd down percentage was pretty respectable.

I've said before, I'm pretty much with Elway on this and I do think Tebow showed as good of improvement as you could hope for in one week at this point in the year.

Drama Queens. We're the Denver Drama Queens.

I thought it was awesome that John Elway came down on the field. That tells me he believes a little more. Nice. He also took the time to find Tebow and congratulate him. Classy.

I was going to say, we will find out tomorrow.

I expect him to say he improved on both his passing and third down and that needs to continue.

This will be followed by hate and ire for not declaring his love for Tebow

The first part was a bit dramatic in your part, but agree with your main point of Elway on the sidelines.

Why should it change?

Because when you do something stupid, it's best to turn around and do it again just to prove you're the big man? ::)

No because he is giving an honest answer.

He was asked does he have his QB yet. His QB of the future. NO hes not ready to say that. He wants to see more what is wrong with that? He doesn't have to say "Thats my QB" he has a whole off season of evaluating to do.

how long have you been a Broncos fan?

I would honestly hate to be John Elway having to make a such a tough choice for your future. I am glad hes not committing and actually putting time and thought into a position we have been hurting at since he left.

You should go back and look at what he really said. That isn't what he said.

He said "Uhh No.." and whats wrong with that? Doesn't mean he can't change his mind in the off season Tim is the only QB under contract after this season I believe. Hes got time before he says "Tim is my QB"

You didn't answer my question btw.

How long are we going to debate whether it was right or wrong for Elway to make the comments he made.

I think even the analysts are scratching their heads about that one. Why even make the move to Tebow if you're not going to support him.

He will probably say "ah no..however I did see more improvement"
