Will you want us to keep the option offense or should we move away from it if it fails vs jets?

Personally, just because it doesnt work one week, you dont see everyone else abandon their traditional offenses after a loss, so I 'd give it a few weeks at least.

SD plays a 3/4 also.

We lose 49-2. Sanchez looks like Namath circa '69 and we get a safety late against their backup QB.

You don't move away from it, unless it becomes a pattern. Sure, we have a SHOT at winning the AFC West, but most of us believe that this an a experimental year to test our future...

I dont understand why everyone assumes it'll be a similar split every week. I'd look to the Raider game as a better blue print.

I think we steal it...27-24.., sealed with a Von sack and strip...Mile High is as loud as it has ever been...

TT throws for 250 yards, he's 18-27, with two td passes...Merril Hoge's and Colin Cowherd's heads explode like a scene from the movie "Scanners"..

That would be awesome.

I think we pull out a victory in another close ball possession winning game. My guess is Tebow completes more than 2 passes this time around but less than 12. Based on that Patriot/Jets game Miller and Dumervil should both get 2 sacks and I'm pumped to see what other crazy option and college type plays Fox and McCoy come up with.

final score: 24-13
2 td's for the offense 1 for the defense.

Close game. Decided in the 4th quarter.

No matter what happens, shouldn't be a change at QB or anything like that.

Think we have a good chance to win. If we can get pressure on Sanchez, make him uncomfortable... and just match our offensive production against KC I think we'll have a very good chance to win.

Well, if Denver wins, it will probably be attributed to the short prep week and travel by the Jets.

If Denver loses, it's because we suck. "We" meaning Tebow because he's really the only Bronco on the field.

On a serious note, I expect the Jets D will try to jam things up and I expect them to have some success at that, but sooner or later Denver will put up a score or two. It's time for the D to get serious and turn in a statement game.

But they won't, because they never do. Jets 34, Denver 14. Back to the cellar for us.

I went reverse mojo in this potentially bad mojo prediction thread :)

Jets defense is pretty good, won't be fooling them with any "surprise" quarterback draws. Jets 20-9.

Can't be much worse than last year, that pass interference call on 4th down.

I'm worried about the Broncos defense and Fox's lack of aggression on offense.

I think that is what killed them against the Detroit.

Fox doesn't adjust to opponents well. He's a one dimensional coach. Probably a blowout loss unless the D plays lights out and Tebow wills them on offense.

I don't think we win this game but I look forward to them proving me wrong.

We are clearly outmatched physically, athletically, and they have better coaching. We are doomed. If we score 10 points and hold them under 40 I'll be happy with our performance.

Jets, 26-14.

Bad matchup.

You must be reverse mo-joing. Our O is strong up front and that is their weakness. On the other side, we are strong in pass rush and they don't have a good QB. These guys were made to order for us.

Jets 241
Broncos 6

Tebow is sacked 82 times for safeties, fumbles 5 times for 5 defensive TD's, and throws 7 pick 6's.

Champ Bailey has a pick 6, but Tebow fumbles the two-point conversion attempt.

Mark Sanchez still thinks he's good.

if we continue to add every known running style/play and wrinkle to this offense, from traditional runs, to ZBS runs, to spread options, to triple options, and anything else the OC can think up, i think the Broncos become a very difficult team to stop on the ground. how many teams can really prepare for everything we might show them with only 1 week's prep time? we may not be good enough to contend for a playoff spot, but there is something to like about becoming the sort of team NOBODY looks forward to playing, especially not if it means having to come here to play. it's time we get back the home field advantage we gave away a few seasons ago.

one more thing... if the Broncos go 8-8 or thereabouts this year, how can you overlook Fox and McCoy for coach of the year? i'm not saying that's going to happen, but at the bye week, we looked to be settling into the #3 or #4 draft pick. with a win tomorrow, we're 5-5 and playing competitive football against all but the upper echelon of teams.

i don't think the Jets are the world beaters they believe themselves to be and many others make them out to be. i believe Denver has a shot in this game. Sanchez is a mediocre QB and lately our D has been pretty sharp. LT is not playing so the one threat i truly worried about on their offense is gone. as many times as LT has raped us, i am glad we don't have to see him this time.

offensively it would not surprise me to see a little more passing from Tebow. no way in hell does a 55-8 rush-pass breakdown happen again.

final score
Denver 23
NYJ 17
