Chinese nazca lines & their very own area 51.
It's bad enough they 'lured away' all our manufacturing. Now their attempting to lure away our alien contact to gain our alien technology.

They do appear to be playing their own war games as well as testing grounds. Not surprising considering their rapid military technological growth.
That's easy.
This is a frequency descrambler, a machine to reconstruct a stream of Adamantine Particles into it's original life form after it's long journey to planet earth. This was build for the lizard people. In other words it's a landing strip.
