Why else would he call designed runs on 3rd and long? Fox is hoping Tebow will get his leg broken, so Fox can be relieved of this Tebow "experiment".

I do think Elway isn't all that thrilled though.

Bowlen's broke, Fox is trying to get Tebow injured to save him the escalators....McCoy is on the take and calling the worst possible game plan so Elway can sell the farm for a prospect who attends his alma matter.

Does that about cover it?

Yeah, Fox wants to stop having the ability to run the football 50 times per game. Tebow is a Fox wet dream. Makes being even more conservative easy to defend. This game was probably Fox's favorite game in 10 years of being a Head Coach.

Up next. If opposing defenses can't do the job soon, will Fox order a hit on Tebow? Stay tuned...

They held Clady out on purpose to help expedite the injury to Tebow, McGahee and Moreno were too effective to return, and Von Miller has played himself out of a job by making it too difficult on opposing QBs to do well. This is afterall about draft positioning!

I can't think of any other reasons why Fox and McCoy aren't calling plays to maximize Tebow's strengths.... such as bootlegs, screen passes and short outs.

Only 1 short out was that swing pass to Willis for 15 yards.... seriously?

Does anyone at least agree of the danger in having Tebow designed middle runs on 3rd and long?

When I was a kid, we stopped at Chadron State park in Nebraska (I think I was 10 or so). All I remember of the stop was that our car battery blew up (back when Die Hards had a lifetime guarantee, but there wasn't a Sears anywhere near) and getting to throw a tomahawk. Good times.

First its the escalators in his contract, then its a sabotage from the staff when they make Tebow throw the ball more than 20 times, now its the staff purposefully calling plays to get Tebow injured.

If the OP had said that "Fox wants McGahee to get injuried", we might have had something to read/write of interest. If anything, Fox is working the Oline into shape and trying to break the legs of McGahee and Moreno. I flat guaranty that Cassel has 10x+ the number of new ouchies as Tebow.

If the Oline keeps improving, I could line up back there and get five yards (once).

I did earlier. It was the message suggesting that they run more screens, bootlegs, and short passes.

I would rather see a short pass or some type of better innovation than a designed middle draw on 3rd and 7.

He's found a way to win games with a QB who is struggling to throw the ball. That in itself is some feat, why the **** would he want him to get injured. Winning games keeps coaches in jobs.
