The sources — including the recollections of close associates and other documentation — describe episodes that left the women upset and offended. These incidents include conversations allegedly filled with innuendo or personal questions of a sexually suggestive nature, taking place at hotels during conferences, at other officially sanctioned restaurant association events and at the association’s offices. There were also descriptions of physical gestures that were not overtly sexual but that made women who experienced or witnessed them uncomfortable and that they regarded as improper in a professional relationship.

Two women are attacking our nation's best pizza man! I bet they're spec ops from Ubeki-beki-beki-beki-stan-stan.
Why doesn't Cain lift the gag order? Because those filthy women would spread more lies!
One of the women who accused White House contender Herman Cain of sexual harassment wants to go public.
Her lawyer Joel Bennett told The Washington Post that he's asked the National Restaurant Association to ditch the confidentiality agreement that bars his client from dishing about her claims against Cain.
"It is just frustrating that Herman Cain is going around bad-mouthing the two complainants, and my client is blocked by a confidentiality agreement," Bennett told the paper.
"The National Restaurant Association ought to release [the complainants from the gag order] and allow them to respond."
The married Cain didn't seem thrilled by that prospect.
Asked on Fox News whether he'd ask the trade association to lift the gag order, Cain replied: "I can't answer that now."
"There are legal implications. If the restaurant association waives that ... I just found out about this today."
"There are legal implications associated with that that I am not familiar with yet. So I can't give you a definitive answer on that until we consult with our legal attorneys and also talk to some others."
Bennett said he represents one of the two women, an Ivy Leaguer who now works for the federal government.
She has not sought the limelight, but if the gag order is lifted, "then it is a whole new ballgame," Bennett said.

Why can't they just be happy with the hush money Cain gave them? ;)

You know in the office I work at we see a lot of this. Companies just pay someone a severance rather then fight something because the lawyers cost more. A lot of times it's just a man wanting to have sex, making little comments meant to test the waters, you know most sane people call it flirting. Some women just freak out. If men got to cry sexual harassment as easy every company would be broke. Women flirt a ton, its just men, even if we dont want to hit it, just ignore, or make a joke, we don't often sure.
Unless Cain touched her, or cornered her, groped her, I don't think this is anything that should keep you from being a good politician.
It's all good though I find the partisanship pretty funny. It would make for a great SNL skit though when Cain says to Obama, I am blacker then you. Blacker then you son, blacker blacker blacker!.

What I can say is she would have to pay the money back by breaking the disclosure, but its only what 35 grand, some liberal will pay her that for sure. Her lawyers are trying to find out if she could be sued over that amount, thats what this is about.
Still I find it BS, non disclosure means just that. How did this get out?

I'm sure you're right. And therefore, I'm sure that, any day now, Cain will go ahead and waive the disclosure clause so he can debate this issue with these women, in the open.

That's definitely worth a settlement. I mean geesh...that is terrible. The Restaurant Association really had to act quickly to pay these women off and keep that under wraps.
Me thinks there's more to it... But, I don't really care. More interesting to me is the fact that he served as a lobbyist pimping smoking in restaurants. The guy is a former Fed banker and lobbyist. Two very big strikes.
Vote RP.

Third worker claims harassment by Cain (http://news.yahoo.com/ap-exclusive-third-worker-says-harassed-cain-195748722.html)
A third former employee says she considered filing a workplace complaint over what she considered aggressive and unwanted behavior by Herman Cain when she worked for the presidential candidate in the 1990s. She says the behavior included a private invitation to his corporate apartment.

That's it, couldn't be anything else.
The five figure settlements paid to two women were about Cain's wife's height. Hilarious!

I'm sure he's not fibbing. Why would he? All he has to do is rescind the non-disclosure agreement and clear this whole mess right up.
Where's drama llama? I figured he would be leaping to his hero's defense by now?

I don't think there's a democrat, liberal, sane person alive that's worried about Cain.
Politico initially broke the story, they're a conservative site.
