Did McGahee break his hand when he went retard & got the facemask penalty, killing the drive after a 1st down run?

Yes. His hand got stuck in the facemask and broke his finger

Don't need RBs. Game plan should have no run plays. Only way for Tebow to be great is to throw it on every play.

But play action EVERY play. The defense is going to be guessing that we'll have to run it eventually.

Just get me a powerback...I've had enuff with the dainty flava clown at RB. We need a stone that can roll through the grass...Willie has been the most consistent back we've had in years and it will be tuff to replace his productivity after first contact.

Kind of like a Mike Anderson without the marijuana?

Just bump Jeremiah Johnson up and see what he can do.

I still find it funny that McGahee was performing exceptionally well while Moreno is still struggling in the running game.

they need to workout Alexander Robinson from Iowa State. Awesome hands, great between the tackles, would work well with Tebow out of a spread offense..The bad-gets injured a lot, not sure if he's fast enough. Worth a shot though!

Maybe these scrubs can come in and help out but I think Lance Ball should be the starter over Moreno, if Moreno does get the start he needs to play his butt off because he's produced nothing so far. Yeah he can catch a pass but as soon as he's touched he goes to the ground. If he repeats the performances of the recent past, we have to cut him loose at the end of the season.

I find it funny that Moreno trashtalks more than he runs. That guy can not get enough of himself and he is jawing with the opposition after EVERY run. Just shut up, knowshon, and get back to the huddle.

He's carried the ball 17 times this season, only 9 times since returning from injury. Last week he got 7 of those 9 carries and averaged 4.0 YPC. For reference McGahee averaged 4.2 in that same game and his longest run was one yard shorter than Moreno's.

Moreno hasn't been put on the field to then struggle in the running game. We'll see this weekend if he can get anything done with a heavier workload.

Brilliant.

Have you ever played a competitive contact sport? Willis didn't intentionally try to put his hand in the guys face mask. He stiffed arm like he should to get a few extra yards. He has no control of the tackler ducking his head at the last second trying to avoid the stiff arm or going down for the tackle. Things just happen in a contact, fast moving sport. Your comment was truly Brilliant.

I will agree with the other poster who said that Willis has been a great addition to the team. Its unfortunate that we will have a significant drop off with KM who can't run with any authority in between the tackles or break a tackle.

I imagine these guys won't be signed if they haven't been yet. Maybe J. Johnson will be activated from the PS for Detroit. With J. Thomas returning, Rosario could be cut to make room.
