In 358 games over 23 years of coaching, no John fox team has ever recovered an onside kick.

Has any John Fox offense ever had a QB that wasn't criticized?

How long has it been since the merger? Wasn't the merger in 1970? If so, thats 41 years that a team has never come from behind when losing by 15 points with less than 3 minutes left.

Granted, thats a little skewed since the 2 pt conversion hasn't been in existence during that time but still.

It is pretty funny that we're 2 for 2 for onside kicks with Tebow as a starter.

Another interesting fact. The Broncos are 2-0 when scoring 0 points in the first half with Tebow as the starter.

Discuss.

Thats actually a pretty amazing stat. I saw a couple of people talking about how big Tebow's ceiling is. If I that were me, I'd try to remember this stat.

Random Tebow bit here...figure it fits just about anywhere on the Mane these days, so I'll drop it here.

While doing my rounds at work today, a Raiders fan stops and says "Don't even say it. That thing that starts with a 'T' and ends with a 'W'...don't even..."

I thought for a second, and replied, "You're right. It did end with a 'W'." Just kept walking and flashing teeth! ;D

I like that. "Tebow always ends in a 'W'"

I think we need an official Tebow board.... I know the "Mane" board is already all Tebow, but such greatness needs its own forum :)

#PowerOfTebow I bet Tebow could coach the offense around his abilities better than Fox and McCoy can - all season..

haha I would pay to see them give him the chance.

He'd probably do better than Urban Meyer, too. haha

Another #PowerOfTebow I have been thinking about the last game. I think people need to keep in mind that what makes Tebow great can be his own worst enemy at times. He is an over achiever.

I think he tries to do everything too perfect. Like in the game I think he probably was looking down field trying to hit big plays instead of just taking the dump off or something. Or trying to make something out of nothing by scrambling and taking too many hits.

But that same "never say die" over achiever attitude is what allows him to dominate when things are working too.

The same is true of trying to change his fundamentals as well. I think he is so focused on making his throwing motion and footwork perfect it could be hindering him.

This is why it is so imperative to build a system around him he is comfortable in. One less thing for him to worry about.. Tebow is someone you have to pull the reins back on not put too much on his plate because of that over achiever perfectionist mentality.

LOL I thought that was pretty cool seeing Urban give Tebow advice before the game, it was like the old Gator days for both of them lol! ;D

The Dolphins should hire Urban Meyer and trade next years 1st round pick to Denver for Tebow. They would sell out their stadium and Denver could use both 1st round picks to trade for the Colts#1 pick and draft Luck.

Speaking of Tebow having to coach himself.. I noticed somehting when watching the game I haven't seen anyone mention.

There was a game Tebow played.. it was a epic game.. The Gators playing their arch rival Florida state in the rain. It was the game where Tebow had blood and paint all over him..

In that game Tebow had the EXACT same play for a touchdown that got Fells the TD but it was to Aaron Hernandez..
