OK...here is a video I put together from yesterday's game using my iPad for pictures and videos. Some of you might know this was my son, Aidan's, first official Broncos game. He is about to be 7 years old. We drove 3 hours for the game and suffered, like all of you, through three and a half quarters. Please excuse my jublilation and nonsense during some of the video, but if any of you are dad's of sons, you know the type of joy and bonding that goes in to an experience such as this.

I loved the "From your perspective, from our perspective" comparison. That's why I don't go to many games. I get a better view on TV. However, I love that you got to spend some quality time with your son...

That is true, the view is often nowhere near as good in the stadium but on the right day with a huge win the atmosphere and the energy in the stadium adds so much more than the TV picture can ever do.

Thanks everyone!

For parts of the game, Miami fans were chanting, Tebow sucks, which was very upsetting to my son. He knew they were using bad words and he also didn't like those fans mocking his favorite player. He was on the verge of tears...I felt awful. His tears turned to rage. With clinched fists, he said he wanted to punch those people in the face.

Yesterday's game gave me a few opportunities to talk about life lessons. I told him that fighting would accomplish nothing at a football game. I also told him that it doesn't matter what other people say about you. Just have confidence in who you are and what you're trying to do. The last thing I told him (and you could pick up on some of this in the video) is that you never, ever stop trying.

Afterwards, I took him home and we watched Ghostbusters together.

Just kidding about the movie... ROFL!

GREAT, GREAT video!!

I think I might be gay (j/k)....but I actually got misty eyed watching that. Nothing like spending quality time with your kids...especially doing something that is as fun and exciting as that game was.

Nice job.

Great video and even better experiance to be their with your son.

This was my second live bronco game, i sat through the 2005 whoopin the year we went to the AFC hamp game and was hyped for the game, but the broncos dont play much in miami !

My seats were on the other end of the stadium of your seats from the video. My buddy i went with found the seats from a season ticket holder on c raigslist at the 15 yard line upper row 7 of the upper deck so we were surrounded by many dolphin fans.

This was the first time i witnessed the broncos win live and it was such a great time. I bleed orange and blue, my name is soul bronco for friggin sakes and you can ask any of my miami friends, i use it for everything.

Seeing that win live was something i will never forget either ! Being lucky enough to sit on the side he was scoring the TD's, those plays were freaking amazing. It really felt like i was watching a movie, the dynamic was so wierd, ethier immense love for tebow or pure hatred. Im sure you saw the same thing....

Awesome video brother, i hope i can experiance something like that when i have a son one day :bronxrox:

I really enjoyed that video and it reminded me of what we experienced yesterday at Sun Life. I was sitting next to a dude just like you with his son, but they were ready to leave mid way to the fourth quater. Fortunately, they came back and saw one of the greatest comebacks. We were sitting on the 10 yard line, 5 rows up on the Broncos side... so our view was just plain awesome. Me and the girlfriend and all the Broncos fans around jumping and hughing was just amazing.
I was watching Elway, Xanders and Bowlen on the sideline as well when the kick went through... I really don't know what to make of it, it wasn't joy, like everyone around, but it wasn't dissapointment either. It seem a little emotionless.... especially Elway. Xanders was showing some emotions out there.

Anyways....sorry about the rant... great video, awesome game. Go Broncos.

Yeah, he's an MK (missionary kid). Missionaries are some of the finest people on the planet. They're always well-educated, multi-cultural, and grow up watching their parents and learning how to serve people. I have been lucky enough to be around missionaries and MK's for years now, and they just have different priorities than regular people. They literally give up vain or materialistic desires to show people love.

I fully expect fame and riches to be challenges for Tebow, but he has the right training to be able to handle it. Its good that he insulates himself with a huge group of friends and family that have been with him for years.

I wouldn't be surprised if he has a setback at some point that causes people to criticize him and call him a hypocrite. But its important to remember that all people are hypocrites and all people make mistakes. Tebow is a person too. He's just a person who wears his heart on his sleeve for everyone to see, and who is endearing because of it.

Well said Epic and haters are always gonna be around but Tebow understands it and knows how to deal with it so it's all good. ;D

Maybe it's because I'm a new dad, but that brought tears to my eyes too. Thanks for sharing, loved the video, loved watching Aidan's double-fist pump (clearly his go-to cheering move). What a great memory for your first game together...

There have been several people who have said that about him. I think it's the glasses and blonde hair.

Thanks again for everyone's wonderful comments. I am glad y'all liked the video. It was a lot of fun to make. Maybe some other fathers, mothers, or fans can start making some too.

I would love to see some footage like this at a home game. I have been to old and new Mile High three times and it's amazing to see 70,000 people cheering for the Broncos.

As for Aidan, he was so excited as we were leaving the stadium. People were chanting, Tebow! Tebow!, and Let's Go Broncos! He kept saying, This is the best day of my life. As a parent AND Broncos fan, it was priceless.

That was wonderful. My youngest son is about the same age, but was just devastated when the team traded Jay Cutler. He hasn't been to a game since, although he always watches on television. Maybe a new Mile Hi experience with Tim Tebow would help cure the ills.

Great job and fun to watch.
