Your ideal systems for the Broncos on both sides of the ball

I see a lot of people criticising Fox's conservative approach, the fact that we're not creative enough to build an offense around Tebow, the fact that all our blitzing has left us vulnerable to screens, etc.

Given the personnel and given some potential targets in next year's draft what do you view as the ideal systems for the Broncos on offense and defense?

With Aborton at Qb I don't think it matters what O we run and with a secondary as bad as ours we've already seen it doesn't matter what D we run.

Unit we have a little more talent scheme doesn't mean much.
