Kupe is taking every advantage possible to hit the Titans in the mouth... and he's doing it cleanly. I love it.

Awesome. Now if only he and the rest of the line could open some holes and/or not allow the entire defensive line in the backfield on every play.

Hard to believe that OL is a much bigger problem than DL for us this year, but it clearly is. This entire game was dictated by a lack of OL ability, to me.

That's just not true.

Orton had clean pockets all day long and there were holes to be exploited in the run game. The OL is young and steadily improving week by week. QB play is clearly a bigger issue than the OL at this point.

The game I watched there weren't many holes, and Orton didn't have time to throw very often. When he did have time to throw, he was able to wind up and prove he could be the mediocre QB we all know him to be.

I don't see a single strength on this offense.

I agree with this, actually. Even at 1-2, I fell a ton of optimism for this team. We're a couple plays away from 3-0, and we're clearly better than we were last year.

I think what Denver needs to do is draft a center (rounds 3-5), or acquire a veteran via FA then you move Franklin inside and draft a RT high again (rounds 1-3). Sucks, but Walton and Beadles are backups at best.

I agree too. Thought OL gave plenty of time today. Running lanes not as much but the Titans are a pretty solid DL

I dont think we need to invest any draft picks in the OL unless they are providing depth.

This OL group will be much improved by the end of the season. Just watch.

We didnt dominate the run blocking, but there were some holes there.

If you'll watch replays, you'll notice that McGahee is not that quick and it would take perfect blocking to get him loose for big plays. The OL is still not really synched up though, and I went over that more in the Game Rewind thread if youre interested.

23-59 rushing isn't going to get it done, but to be fair I think the Titans have a pretty good defense.

I say they need more time as each game they seem to gel a little bit more. I saw Walton actually move that Big Fatty that was lined up against him and turned him away from the run lane where Willis ran for a few yards.

Really, I saw Walton get blown up on several key plays, including the 4th and goal. Spencer was also worthless and way too high going toward the LOS on that play. We'll see if your right, but I just don't see either (Walton or Beadles) as being physical enough at the point of attack to run the type of ball control offense that Fox wants.
